A Done-For-You Newsletter That Keeps You Remembered By Everyone Who Could Hire You Next

We build it under your name, write every issue in your voice, send it every week, and grow it with readers who fit. You read the replies.

A two-minute application, then you pick a time. Or read a sample issue first.

The Audience Asset Session

On this call, we'll do three things.

Forty-five minutes on Zoom with Justin. It's a working session, not a pitch. Bring two numbers: roughly how many people know you well enough to hire you or refer you, and roughly what you earned last year from people who already knew you.

1

Put a value on your audience as it sits today, switched off.

Those two numbers tell us what the people who already know you are worth, and what they're producing right now. For most experts the gap is the biggest number in the business, and nobody has ever written it down.

2

Find where the attention you already paid for is leaking out.

Past clients, referral partners, old contacts, people who found you once. We'll find where they go quiet and which of those leaks is costing you deals you were qualified for.

3

Map the shortest path to fixing it, and say honestly whether we're it.

If the done-for-you build is the right path, you'll see exactly what it looks like for your business. If it isn't, Justin will tell you which path is, and you'll both be glad you didn't force it.

You'll leave with a number you didn't have going in, whether you ever work with us or not.

What we build

Your newsletter, built, written, and sent for you every week.

Referrals are memory. The deal goes to whoever is remembered when the moment comes, and you can't time that moment. A short, useful note in the right inboxes every week is the only thing we've seen fix it. Here's exactly how we do that for you.

1

One working session

We get your story, how you actually talk, what you sell, what your best clients have said about you, and the handful of things you believe about your work that your competitors don't. Everything we write comes from that session, which is why it reads like you and not like us.

2

Your newsletter, under your name, on your own account

The list is yours and the platform is yours. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you. We're not an agency that keeps the keys.

3

Your first issue within three days

We write it and send it to you. You tell us what's off and we fix it until you'd be proud to put your name on it. Our guarantee starts there and never stops.

4

Readers who already know you, then readers who fit

We start with your past clients, referral partners, and the contacts sitting in your phone and your CRM. Then, if you want it, we grow the list past that circle with people in your market who raised their hand to read it. Not scraped, not bought.

5

Every week after that, written, edited, and sent

Every issue lands with you before it goes out, so you can approve it as is or change anything you want first. Your part is about ten minutes. Then you watch the replies, because that's where the deals start.

Proof you can read

Read what we'd write for someone in your line of work.

No wall of screenshots. Read a full sample issue the way your clients would. If you'd stay subscribed, you already understand what we do. The authors and firms are fictional; the writing is ours.

In writing

If the newsletter doesn't sound like you, you don't pay.

Every issue we write for you either sounds like you, or we rewrite it until it does. If we can't get it there to your satisfaction, you don't pay for that month, and you keep everything we built. We can make that promise because we don't write from a template. We write from the session we do with you, and after seventeen years of doing this, we've learned the voice is the whole product.

Who this is for

Established experts who win when they're remembered.

This is a fit if

  • You've been at it for years. Brokers, recruiters, fractional CFOs, advisors, coaches, consultants.
  • Most of your revenue comes from referrals and people who already know you.
  • One or two new clients a year would more than cover a weekly newsletter.
  • You want to show up in the right inboxes every week without writing a word.

Probably not a fit if

  • You're pre-revenue or still working out what you sell.
  • You want a lead-gen agency to fill a calendar with strangers.
  • You'd rather write it yourself. Good. Start with the free tools on the sample page.
  • You need results in two weeks. Memory compounds; it doesn't spike.

Questions

The things people ask on the call.

Do I have to write anything?

No. We write every issue from the working session we do with you. You read it, change anything you want, and approve it. Most clients spend about ten minutes a week on it.

Who owns the list and the newsletter?

You do. The account is in your name and the list is yours. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.

How soon does the first issue go out?

Within three days of the working session. You see it before it sends, and we fix anything that doesn't sound like you.

Where do the readers come from?

First from the people who already know you: past clients, referral partners, the contacts in your phone and your CRM. Then, if you want it, we grow the list with people in your market who raised their hand to read it. Nothing scraped, nothing bought.

What does it cost?

It depends on whether you want one issue a week or two, and whether you want us to grow the list as well. We'll walk through the options on the call once we know what your audience is worth, so the number means something.

Is the session a sales call?

It's a working session. You'll leave with a value on your audience and the shortest path to fixing the leaks, whether or not that path is us. If we're not the right fit, Justin will say so.

The referrals you're living on now were earned years ago. The next ones are decided by who remembers you.

Fill out the application, pick a time, and let's find out what your audience is actually worth.

About two minutes. You'll pick your time on the next screen.
